How long does the grooming process take?

This is totally dependent on your dog. Usually between 1-2 hours. We work one on one straight through so it’s quicker than most grooming salons.

Will my dog be kenneled?

We strive to be a kennel free salon. The only time your dog will be kenneled is if you are late for pickup and our next appointment arrives.

Do you use drying cages?

We do not use any drying cages and your dog will not be kenneled during the grooming process. We dry them straight through using a high velocity dryer.

How much will it cost?

Please visit our services page for our base prices. Base prices will change depending on behavior, coat length and coat type.

Why do you require dogs to be on a pre-booked schedule?

Our biggest priority is the happiness and healthiness of our four legged clients. Dogs who are on a grooming schedule will have a healthier skin, coat and nails, and a higher chance of noticing any abnormalities quickly. Dogs who get groomed frequently also see grooming as just a part of life and will be more comfortable during the process, some even enjoy it.

When should my puppy come in for its first groom?

Puppies should be introduced to grooming as soon as possible. We recommend bringing them in after their second round of shots, usually between 10-14 weeks old. You should also be working with them at home to help get them comfortable by touching their feet, brushing, bathing and even introducing them to a hair dryer.

Can I stay and watch?

We do not allow owners to stay and watch. Dogs typically behave better during the grooming process when their owner is not present. You are welcome to wait in your car.

How often should I get my dog groomed?

We only accept dogs on a 4-8 week schedule. After your first appointment your groomer will recommend a schedule that will best benefit your dogs coat and health.
