Grooming Process
We are a full service only salon and do not offer walk-in services such as nail trims only. Please go to our services page to see what’s included with every groom.
We are a one on one, fear free and cage free salon. We groom one dog at a time, straight through. To make sure each dog is getting our undivided attention it is important to be on time for their appointment and pick up promptly. We will send a text 15 minutes before your dog is completed, dogs who are not picked up within 15 minutes of being completed will need to be kenneled and will be charged a fee.
Every client is required to read and sign our digital contract.
We do not allow owners to stay and watch while their dog is being groomed. You are welcome to wait in your car.
If you arrive early for pickup please send us a text and wait in your car, most dogs become excitable when they know their owner has arrived and it can become dangerous if we are still working on them.
All dogs must be leashed at all times, both outside and inside the building.
We do not accept dogs with fleas.
Scheduling
We only accept dogs who are on a 4-8 week schedule throughout the year. After each appointment we will prebook their next appointment according to your schedule.
Due to the nature of our business we can very rarely answer the phone. The best way to communicate is via text.
Cancellations/No shows
We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. Our system sends out text reminders the day before your appointment at 9am. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee that will need to be paid before your next appointment.
No shows will be charged a fee, and will be required to prepay for their next appointment.
